African Encounters Travel Specialists

African Encounters was born when Karen and Rodger had finished a 2 year contract in Tanzania. Rodger had been working and living up in Arusha and Karen was working and living in Zanzibar. Upon completion of their contract, they came back to South Africa to start up a company specialising in tourism to Tanzania. It made perfect sense - Rodger with his intimate knowledge of mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar and Karen with her knowledge of Zanzibar and her contacts and friends she made there.
