I have a BA degree in Social Science, an Honours degree in Psychology, an Honours degree in Philosophy, and a Masters degree in Business Ethics.
The way I see it, effective psychometric evaluations involve far more than just applying a test to measure knowledge, ability, attitude or personality traits. The real value lies in taking into account the whole person and their life in context, not just focusing on isolated behaviours or answers to questions.
